ColorPlus 2 system for micropollution
Integrated system for monitoring the elimination of micropollutants by ozonation or by powdered activated carbon in the fourth clarification stage. The system consists of a series of 2 to 4 units ColorPlus 2, each of which measures the UV Absorption (254nm). These measurements allow the optimal dosage of ozone or PAC, which is ecologically and economically of high interest. Automatic cleaning with detergent and compressed air ensures exact measured values and at the same time extends the maintenance intervals. This reduces both downtime and maintenance to a minimum. The operation is intuitive via the intelligent SICON control unit using touchscreen technology and a color display. The display shows values, graphics, status and alarm information. An internal data memory allows the visualization of measurement data over the last 32 days. Various analog and digital interfaces allow easy system integration and control.
